When chef Hubert Keller brought his acclaimed San Francisco restaurant Fleur de Lys to Las Vegas,
he wanted to do something different. Mandalay Bay provided the perfect opportunity. "I think it's
a sexy restaurant," Chef Keller says. "Everything fits." The de'cor at Fleur de Lys is smashing.
The intimate Lounge features chocolate leather banquets and ottomans. Next to the bar a fully equipped
DJ booth hides behind sliding glass doors. On Friday & Saturday evenings those doors open to showcase
Turntable Master Keith Evans playing mellow house music. The Lounge menu features playful, gourmet
snacks, including multiple flavors of popcorn (Truffled, Smoked Jalapeno Bacon, & Parmisan-paprika)
and Ultra Mini Kobe Beef sliders. Nestled on the cultured natural stone wall are massed pink roses
encased in a dramatic wood frame - The roses are real and beautiful. The ceiling soars to over 30
feet high while taupe theater-style curtains create pockets of intimacy. The entire dining room looks
jealously at the upstairs glass wall that houses a 12,000-bottle wine loft and a cellar masters table.
All dishes are served on one-of-a-kind, handpainted china - each custom made by Bernadaud. Bon Appe`tit
magazine has named Fleur de Lys as one of "the nation's Hot 50 Restaurants" and the restaurant was featured
on Fox Sunday Magazine Show as "one of the hottest new restaurants in Las Vegas." Here's what other critics
